[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] PROS: After a month experience, I like sound quality of Buds2 Pro. Ears are more comfortable compared to Buds Live (I have both). The ANC is impressive and blocks out noise in the work environmnet pretty well. CONS: Hard to control sound by double tap function. Need to be improved.

I received these as a gift I asked for. What I didn't realize is the changed the shape from the original regular galaxsy buds. These are very uncomfortable and always fall out. Sound is still good, the style with the new shape is kind of weird too. Less sleek.

The feature that allows you to listen to your music and as soon as you start speaking it lowers so you can have a conversation it's just amazing and makes everything so fluid. I think the sound that AKG did with these headphones is amazing especially when activating the Dolby Atmos option on my Samsung S23 Ultra. The noise cancellation is really great especially when you just need a moment to tune out the world. It really does pack a big punch in such a small package. One of the best purchases I've made when it come to headphones.

And with AI, seems like theres nothing thats impossible. They also sound amazing and noise canceling is the best. Overall the best buds I have ever purchased.

I bought these earbuds maybe 3 months ago now. The sound is good and the battery life is great but they are the most uncomfortable earbuds I've ever worn. Also they don't always make a sound when you tap the bud to pause and they don't immediately connent to my phone. I owned the 2 of the galaxy buds + that came out years ago and absolutely loved them. I didn't have any of these issues with them, they were comfortable, always chimed when I tapped to pause, and it always connected to my phone the second they opened. I had to upgrade because I lost one of them, I was hoping these would be better since they're double the price

Sometimes the mic can be muffled and picks up too much sound for the listener or person on phone call. Overall, an amazing product and very happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm grateful to buying these since fall of 2022. I have always wanted a pair of noise canceling ear buds. These really helped me get through my studies by blocking out any outside distractions along with listening to music better and perfectly. There's still flaws to the device. They keep easily sliding out sometimes whenever I wear for a while. Also, there has been this booming wind sound that fills up the left ear piece and it can only be stopped whenever I turn off noise canceling mode and ambient mode.

The sound is amazing and the noise cancelation makes them perfect for using when mowing the lawn or on public transportation etc. They are so comfortable and the ability to pause by tapping is so convenient. I also love how amazing the new Galaxy AI features integrate with these without the need to upgrade (although I do plan to upgrade in the future because it can only get better from here!) Samsung has been my favorite mobile brand for over a decade and continue to make stellar products. Well done!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the shape of the headphones, it is comfortable but it could be more functional, the buttons sometimes touch themselves with the ear. The audio is very good although it could have a little more bass, the connectivity is very good, but something bad is the battery, they don't last as long as I would like, but otherwise it's very good! I hope they get something later without having to cover the ear due to bone conduction.

The app connectivity is much easier than some other brands like Sony but because of the shape of the buds they aren't for everyone! A few of my friends did find the plastic to rub their ears uncomfortably
