[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had nearly all the different generations of earbuds from Samsung and every generation I notice there's a problem with the left ear bud connecting disconnecting or otherwise having some kind of issue. Also no matter what ear rubber I use they continuously fall out of my ears. Like Samsung but I would avoid these moving forward until they figure out whatever the issue is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work in a school as IT Support and my main use of the buds is for video calls or listening to music while fixing a computer or doing my daily work. Best feature for me is when someone come to my office while listening to music I can interact with them without popping the buds out since once the buds detect my voice it lowers the volume and listens to the outside world. They also pair flawlessly with my galaxy s23 plus.

wore them a few times and couldn't understand why my ear canals were itchy, burning and weepy. turns out there is a class action against them for something that causes this in many people. have asked for refund, would try these before i bought, the reaction is pretty bad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my Samsung Buds 2 Pro to use with my Samsung Galaxy 23, Samsung laptop, as well as, my Samsung SMART TV only to discover that my SMART TV is incapable of linking or even finding them, the buds cannot be used without the carrying case being in almost direct contact with the buds themselves, and even merely walking with my Samsung Galaxy 23 in my pocket my BRAND NEW Buds 2 Pro disconnect every time the phone contacts my leg (every time I take a step). I wish I could recommend them as I happily purchased them as I was once a die hard Samsung fan, however, my honest opinion is to look elsewhere for a QUALITY, NON RANDOMLY DISCONNECTING SET OF HIGH END, STAND ALONE EAR BUDS.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used these headphones to get away while at work in the gym or even at home when the kids are asleep it's my little slice of peace and quiet with the noise canceling feature. That complemented by the deep base you can get out of such a small device makes this is by far my most reliable and favorite pair of headphones. I don't regret the purchase even if the price is kinda high there is quality behind it. 1.5 years going strong even after putting it in the washer accidentally sometimes.

It takes alot of effort to actually knock them out of your ears. They are light so sometimes you dont even feel them in your ears. As for performance they are the best sounding ear buds by a mile much better than apple or the beats ear buds.

From receiving phone call to being able to talk and hear everything while talking so you don’t talk to loud , to going back to noise cancellation. This was the best upgrade I’ve made. All my friends and family have been comparing to their wireless headsets and this is miles above the competition. It stays fit when I run or workout and the ANC feature is one of the best I have seen. Kudos Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using the buds for listening to music, podcasts while going to work out. Now I simply can't leave my home without them. I use them all day long. Since I discovered that I can answer the phone by tapping them it has made my job easier and don't have to stop what I'm doing to take a call. They are so light and comfortable that my ears never hurt after using them for so long, which did happen with other buds I had. Another thing I love is the noise cancelling, when activated you really can't hear a sound. Just today I was trying to read and my upstairs neighbours kept making noises. I just popped my earbuds in, activated this feature and instantly it felt like I had no neighbours.
