I was absolutely blown away the first time I tried ony Samsung EarBuds Pro2. The fit, the quality of the sound, the loudness of it, just incredible!! Oh and did I mention the custom feeling fit.. By far my favorite tech purchase in a decade

Crisp sounds and I love being able to choose between ambiance or noise reduction. I do wish call quality was better though. The person on the other end of the line hears everything in the background, trains, cars, kids, etc. Everything. But if the main use is just music then it's great

I'm not sure but It wasn't compatable with samsung Ai. Great for streaming specially if you want to emerse yourself in the movie or show you are watching

I've noticed with some updates the glitch and change the amount of battery life they have. Love that they are water resistant because my job is inclimate weather sometimes and they really stay in the ear well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my buds2 pro for over a year now. They are fantastic. Sound quality, comfort, and noise cancellation are superior to the original air pod pro earbuds which I also own. I would say the ambient sound is better in the air pods. But I am in the Samsung ecosystem so the buds2 pro suit my need better. No AI on these but I look forward to trying the AI features in the buds3 pro when they arrive. It will be tough to dethrown the buds2 pro but I look forward to the possible upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are so comfortable and work so well, I use them all day. I wake up and head for the gym, and that's where I start with them. I usually have a conference call or 2 at the gym, and it's great at filtering out the gym noise for the meetings (when I need to unmute to give my thoughts on something). From the gym, I go to work in a data center, which is noisy from all the computers, so I keep the noise canceling on and change to my work playlist. Then, on the way home (public transportation, bus), I listen to an audio book. I have a second pair so that I can transfer seamlessly between my Flip 4, S22 Ultra, laptops or tablets. I originally went through 3 pairs of the Buds Pro, from losing them out damaged, but these buds are much more comfortable, stay in better, and I haven't had any issues with them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these Buds Pro 2 headphones. I switch back and forth between my laptop for Teams and phone for music with ease. Sound quality is perfect for me and the noise canceling is sufficient for my needs. Due to the design, they do tend to slip a little if I where them while eating, but that's just a minor annoyance. Charging case is great and they last a long time, even under heavy use. I do typically charge them once during the day when on marathon video conferences.

I'm very happy with them and would purchase them again and or recommend somebody to purchase them I wear them when I work out running on the treadmill they don't fall out of my ears like previous models these are good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say I was a little skeptical of these at first because I have never worn earbuds like these. But after using them for a month now I am in love with them. First off the sound quality is amazing by itself. And then you get into the noise cancellation abilities I have stood literally by my air conditioning unit and barely heard it and then again I swear to you I could have imagined hearing it because that noise cancellation is insanity to say the least. For those of you who may use the ambient sound option it's actually really good. I'm truly never use it because I like complete silence and only want to hear my music or the person I'm talking to. On another note, call quality it is amazing as well. Calls I've made have been super clear and I've been able to hear the person perfectly and combining that with the noise cancellation is the best thing ever. The battery life on them is insane. While I'm at work I have one earbud in most of the day and I only have to have that one earbud for the entirety of my 9-hour shift and then even after I get off of work I can continue to use the same one. Another thing I love is the ability to use either earbud by itself. Which in and of itself doesn't sound like much but there are times I would rather have my left earbud in than have to always have my right earbud. And having that option to use either of them by themself is awesome.

I do not feel the need to use wired earphones any more with the outstanding quality of the Buds 2 Pro. I used the Buds 2 Pro during my workouts and bike rides, which was really nice. The buds stayed in snug, and I could wear one to maintain awareness when riding. Lastly, I love the active noise cancellation provided by the Buds 2 Pro. The ANC is like shutting out the outside distractions and becoming immersed with the entertainment. I like to use ANC when I am at the airport or at the hotel away from home.
