[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm still one of those people that upgrades every other year and getting the Galaxy S23+ from the 21 was not a disappointment. The camera, OS, and compatibility with Google Messages has been a game changer. I absolutely adore this phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Would purchase again, they have lasted me a good while, have great battery, and just feel nice in general. One thing I have problems with is in-ear fit, but I'm sure that's my fault and I can just find some smaller tips.

Had these a few months. Started using right away and noticed itching in my ears. The next morning my ears felt damp. I thought maybe it was related to a recent sinus infection. I discontinued use for a couple weeks to ensure that there wasn't an ear infection. The next use I experienced burning within minutes of putting in the ear buds. I took them out and immediately noticed a clear discharge and itching. After some internet research I tried new ear tips, alas no change. The next time was my last attempt to make these work for me. Even with the new ear tips my ears started itching, burning, blistering, and weeping clear liquid. I am seeking a refund as apparently this is a known issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never tried any like this. It was a big step of Samsung to compare with Apple airpods. I proud of Samsung Buds Pro 2, because it is the best earsphone which I can feel confident to wear among alot of people wear airpods.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only reason I cant give it 5 stars is I can't even use them daily because I'm allergic to silicone & I never even knew I was allergic to silicone until I started using them, I tried changed the ear buds tips & getting Styrofoam tips but that didn't help either cause the whole ear buds are made of silicone, I still have them they're useful when I go to the gun range but I can't wear them for more then 2 hours cause my ears will start itching & become very inflamed from them unfortunately, I have super sensitive skin, so this is common for me, but i wish I wasn't, other then that, they are good

The only draw back to them is they fall out of your ears easily and an accidental touch of them can hang up who you are talking with on the phone. The last sentence is minor compared to the excellent quality of the buds.

Having the ability to change the action out to things like passthrough is great. Passthrough itself, especially the auto passthrough if I start talking, is spot on. I can walk on the beach and still hear the waves.

Fast forward 2021 I got my first pair of galaxy buds and they have came in handy ever since. The galaxy buds 2 pro's have been my favorite so far. Whether it's gaming on my phone, or listening to music, the sound system is out of this world. I work in construction and let me tell you, the galaxy buds are very useful because when I'm near loud noises, the noise cancelation turns on automatically, preventing my ears from getting damaged. Before I bought galaxy buds, my ears would ring throughout the whole day due to the loud environment at work. The galaxy buds are not only comfortable for my ears, they keep my ears healthy and safe during long periods of time near loud machines/tools. I couldn't be more satisfied with my buds. Thank you!

The only complaint I have is the range. If I leave my phone at my desk it will disconnect of I go to the front counter. Looking forward to upgrading when the time comes
