[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say I was a little skeptical of these at first because I have never worn earbuds like these. But after using them for a month now I am in love with them. First off the sound quality is amazing by itself. And then you get into the noise cancellation abilities I have stood literally by my air conditioning unit and barely heard it and then again I swear to you I could have imagined hearing it because that noise cancellation is insanity to say the least. For those of you who may use the ambient sound option it's actually really good. I'm truly never use it because I like complete silence and only want to hear my music or the person I'm talking to. On another note, call quality it is amazing as well. Calls I've made have been super clear and I've been able to hear the person perfectly and combining that with the noise cancellation is the best thing ever. The battery life on them is insane. While I'm at work I have one earbud in most of the day and I only have to have that one earbud for the entirety of my 9-hour shift and then even after I get off of work I can continue to use the same one. Another thing I love is the ability to use either earbud by itself. Which in and of itself doesn't sound like much but there are times I would rather have my left earbud in than have to always have my right earbud. And having that option to use either of them by themself is awesome.

I have multiple galaxy devices including a tablet and a phone, and they switch seamlessly across devices depending on what I am doing. Great sound quality, and the control features are nice too. Would definitely recommend these if you own other Samsung devices.

I bought this in June 2024 but now I'm regretting on my decision of purchasing this. While on call or video call it suddenly gets disconnected and then connected so it is disturbing in the middle of the call. Also it gets loosen after sometime and falls off the ear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the new buds pro 2 as I already used a buds+ for a good amount of time and was pretty satisfied with my previous experience. The new buds pro 2 presents a lot of nice features, like noise cancelling and the ambient sound, which I think is pretty handy in a work enviroment. Several times I am with my earphones and somone speaks with me, with this feature I can actually answer without taking them off. My complain is that I have been experiencing trouble changing the blutooth conection from one device to the other. I have a galaxy book and also a samsung phone and sometimes the earphone don't want to disconect from one and change to the other. Overall I think is a good ear phone, a little bit ligher and confortable to use compared to previous models.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the Samsung Galaxy Bud 2 Pros in tandem with my Galaxy S22+. I primarily use the pair of buds in order to listen to music, and to make phone calls with my friends. The quality of sound when it comes to listening to music is enjoyable, it's louder and has a fuller bass especially when compared to previous generations of the Galaxy Buds. The ability to hear your surroundings while using the buds is very helpful for listening to music and making phone calls as you can still communicate with the others around you. The only disappointing aspect of the Galaxy Bud 2 Pros is that they lack the same comfort that previous models had. These buds are shaped differently in an odd way that doesn't quite fit into many peoples ears, including myself. The fit is just ever so slightly off, which means whenever I try to go running with them in, or if I try eating with them in they don't stay in place. A next step in the generation of Galaxy Buds would need some more comfortable designs as the Bud 2 Pros are not quite as comfortable or snug as the Galaxy Bud Lives, the Galaxy Buds 2, or even the original Galaxy Buds. Aside from that, everything is up to standard with what I would expect from a quality brand such as Samsung.

I also love that you can switch off both noise cancelation AND ambient noise, which saves battery life if you don't need it at the moment. They also stay in my ears better. I was expecting more of the same but was pleasantly surprised to see the changes were significant. The sound quality is amazing. Will be interesting to see how long the batteries hold up but I am hoping for the same longevity I had on my old buds (galaxy buds+).

To the point where I'm forced to turn it down... I like having that as an option. I love listening to music with lots of bass. I like my speakers to rumble to feel the bass...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This galaxy buds2 pro is the perfect match for the Samsung Family with my watch and Galaxy S22U, the sound is absolutely amazing and the noise cancelation awesome. It fits perfectly with my ears and is totally easy to use. The only thing (so smal thing) is the switch between modes in the same bud, I'm new with the product and still trying to understand how it's work. But everything else is wonderful.
