[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using Buds for me is primarily about listening to music, and these hit the bullseye. Being stereo synced to my Samsung device makes for a great experience as the music comes out perfect. As an older consumer, my hearing isn't what it used to be, but ambient sound on the Buds helps me overcome that immensely. While these are by no means a hearing aid, they definitely help.me by helping me hear things I might not without and bring an unexpected bridge to that gap. Because I use them so much, battery life is a concern. And these, unless there's a period where I use them constantly over a 12 hour period, has never let me down. The case charges them quickly, and when the cases power battery is exhausted wireless charging puts me back into usage of them quickly and easily with my Samsung wireless charging pad. But hands down, through the Samsung Wearables app, my favorites feature is being able to tweak the settings. Adjusting the touch settings to my needs is quick and user friendly. Best ear Buds purchase I've made for a mobile device in a long time and the product in general assures me I'll be using them for years to come.

Definitely, the buds pro 2 provide the best sound quality by the combination of hardware and software support, especially after turnning on the 360 voice, make the music so alive. However, the size is a bit small compare to 1st gen and you may feel it 'loose', but it won't come out. For improvement, it should provide more features to apply the buds for running or other sports.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When i am in school and i know its going to be a long day i put on my samsung galaxy buds 2 pro and still surprised of the sound quality of the product. The best part one single charge of the buds can get me through the day without needing another charge really good long lasting product.

There is no excuse for these poorly designed ear buds. The weight of ear bud is not distributed properly to allow it to stay in ear for any length of time. Found it is almost impossible to get a good seal so it is hard to say how the sound quality was. They fell out of my ears with slightest movements. Have had same issue with multiple ear tips from other manufacturers. Lost left tip while walking across a bridge and was unable to find it with find my Samsung device feature. They should be designed to stay in the ear and not fall out or what is the purpose of using them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Buds2 Pros every day, for hours a day. I listen to audiobooks, I talk on the phone and through video chats with them. I listen to music. The sound quality is great. Comfort level is awesome, but I do need to purchase some new rubber pieces for the inside of my ear since I use them so much.

I bought these two months ago and was looking forward to them since I loved my Galaxy Buds+(vest BT headphones i ever had) but hate them since the ambient sound only works when you have both ear buds in. 1/10. Would not buy again and will advise people to steer clear of these.

I also use the Galaxy AI feature to call and send texts to friends and family hands free. One of the best products by samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Bought my Galaxy Buds2 Pro when i bought my Galaxy S23 Ultra. One of the best features is the noise cancelling, I was in the car riding down the highway in the passenger seat and had the windows opened. I plug one bud in then the other and you could hardly hear the loud noise of cars passing by. When i started to play soke misic it was as if i was in a quiet place, i could hear it poud and clear. I would definetly recommend these Galaxy Buds to anyone who is looking for a great pair.
