[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Buds2 Pro quality of sound is very authentic, clean and clear. They have a great fit that is snug and comfortable with a secure hold. Long battery life also. Galaxy AI adds a wonderful way to enhance cellphone performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They function well but the design is susceptible to easy loss of mic fidelity due to the choice of placement. Decent battery life but there is some sacrifice for miniaturization and the design occasionally leaves something to be desired for staying in place during exercise.

First of all who reads reviews anymore... anyway I purchase these to tune out my coworkers and be able to focus on my work. I usually play some instrumentals really low but I mostly want drown out ringing phones and conversations that I am not a part of, and some that I am supposed to be a part of. The good thing about these is that they are smaller so they don't hurt my ears after wearing them for an hours. I do like some of the new features where you can get a notice after having your head tilted down for to long. and the Sound quality is phenomenal. HOW IN THE EVER, if you are trying to drown out the noise around you. while on the treadmill, or at work or whatever these are not the buds for you... I can hear everything, it may be slightly muffled, but regardless of the setting active noise canceling or in the "off" i hear itall .. strongly considering returning them. if I haven't missed my window of opportunity .

I have bad anxiety so when working my mind just runs and sends me into a bad place mentally. Having these allows me to listen to something to distract me and also drowns out the machinery, crowing roosters, squawking ducks, screaming goats, and gobbling turkeys lol. They have great range. Pretty good at blocking ambient noise. Also wonderful for when I'm cooking and cleaning. They even work great over my loud Dyson! Definitely recommend 😊🩷

When I stream movies or YouTube the sound is clear and crisp. When I take calls while my ear buds are in there's no distortion and I can hear the other person clearly And they can hear me clearly. Highly recommend! 5 stars!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using samsung buds plus for more than 3 years, few months ago when buds 2 pro came out I have traded my buds plus and bought buds 2 pro. The sound, build quality and features are great but I have these issues which made me give only 3 stars*: 1. The fit. The new buds 2 pro are totally plastic designed and there no tips for support unlike in buds plus which makes my buds fall out most of the times I should always push the buds back every 10 mins which is already annoying and guess what there is more when ever I try to push my buds back into my ears the touch controls gets activated and the music will get paused this happens all the time. 2. The connectivity. I use s22 ultra but most of the times the buds doesn't connect automatically when i get the buds out of the box. I need to manually connect them by going into Bluetooth menu which is really annoying as both are from samsung the connectivity is expected to be seamless. 3. The buds don't pause when we take one or both the buds out of my ears. They dont have wear detection unlike all the other buds at this price point. I don't know why they still doesn't have this function. 4. No mutli device connectivity.
