When wearing both earbuds I like the ambient sound feature but wish I could do that when wearing one. Another problem I have is the touch controls never work for me so I end up just using my phone to control them but am overall happy with them

The only problem is the tips, the little piece that goes in your ear, sometimes stays in your ear when you take the earbud out. Too good of a fit makes you dig in your ear and it is not easy getting ahold of that tiny, slippery earbud tip.

I hook these up to my Galaxy S24+ and use the AI Galaxy features with ease. I have tried other headphones and these stands out as clear winners in my opinion.

Also, the ambient sound goes back and forth activating itself. Other than that, the sound quality is excellent. I do plan to purchase the new Galaxy AI phone.

The best features of these buds is the noise cancelling and ambient sounds. I love how when I'm listening to my music or watching my movies, the noise cancelling makes me feel very immersive and I can concentrate on it. Plus, when I get incoming phone calls, it automatically switches to ambient sound so I can be aware of the sounds around me. Also, when I first started using my Galaxy Buds2 Pro, I noticed there is a Earbud Fit Test. This particular feature is what helped me with finding the correct earbud size to use for my ears. The music sound is quite exceptional I must say. Even when the wi dow is down I can hear caller and they can hear me. They can also hear when the turn signal is in use.
