Paired with my Galaxy S22 Ultra, gives me many features I did not have with other buds. The noise canceling is great. There are 2 levels of ambient sound you can choose from. The buds fit comfortably, and stay in my ear well even in the gym. Though with extreme activity they tend to fall out. The buds even tell you if you have a good fit. I recommend these buds for those who enjoy great sound. Whether music, media, or talk. I've had no complaints from anyone I've been on a call with using the buds.

They will stay in but every now and then you have to adjust them in your ear. I would love to see samsung remote control for the earbuds so I don't have to tap on the earbuds.its much easier if samsung created a small remote control for their phones so I can forward my music seamlessly without having to move my whole arm or look for my phone. Earbuds are great product good sound and quality.

I've largely been invested in Samsung as a fan over the last 9 years when my mother bought her first deluxe Samsung phone and I found it beautiful and powerful and intuitive. Finally got one of my own, and further invested in said phone in adding a pair of Samsung Pro2 Buds. It's been a largely mystical experience. These buds are by far the best hearing devices I have ever owned; not that I have often invested in headsets, studio level headphones, or earphones. They connect seemlessly. The audio quality for my HD music from HDtracks is discernible. The buds are light and sit well in the ear when placed correctly, and there's even a tutorial by Samsung's own YouTube channel to showcase what correct looks like. The noise cancelling is superb, although I have little to compare. And the ambient amplification is incredible, I didn't realize these devices could act like hearing aids until I had them set up and toyed with the settings. With the my mix of buds and phone the set up of the buds is instant. Slap the bluetooth button on the phone's dashboard, pull the headphones out from the charging-holder, and the buds are automatically recognized and assigned. And with "Wearable" being preinstalled modifying the devices is immediate, simple--intuitive, elegant--and surprisingly deep. Still learning the touch functionality, there's more to master.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these thinking that they would be best suited for my Samsung galaxy phone ...although the sound quality was good for music it wasn't any good for phone calls .People couldn't hear me or my voice sounded garbled and unintelligible I stuck by them and would always blame others for them not being able to hear me...it was my 2nd pair of buds pro and jus knew I was getting the best because I had spent good money on them and I trust the Samsung name.Although a bad experience with buds pro I still have faith in Samsung products and will continue to purchase when I need them.

Im also very pleased with the battery life. Only issue I have is they can be painful after a while in the ears. I do have odd shape ears, so could be more my issue than anything.

Hopefully I'll be able to get the galaxy buds 3 pro one day. They are great when making phone calls while using live translate with Galaxy AI and they sound amazing! They are easy to carry around and the battery lasts a very good amount of time. I use mine almost every single day!
