[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my buds pro for a year now. The fit comfortably in my ears, and have great sound. The active noise cancelations works great when I'm in loud environments switching from anc to passthrough is easy. All audio sounds are crisp, as well as voice calls. After a year the batteries are still going strong and last for hours with hard use. I highly recommend the buds pro.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ear buds are amazing. The volume of my music, book, or video minimizes when someone is talking to me. They connect automatically. They alert me of a call when my phone isn't with me. The distance I can walk from my phone with the buds connected. This blew me away. The look of the buds are nice and sleek. The only complaint is my ears. My ears are tiny. Keeping the buds in can be a bit uncomfortable. Outside of my ears. Awesome product.

I was so excited about these. Have had them for 2 months and the fit is horrible. Tried multiple tips and cleaning and they still slide out. Dont get these if you have smaller ears. So sad these dont have wingtips. Sound is great but it means nothing if you have to push then in every couple of minutes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a great addition to my Samsung phone they connect flawlessly work flawlessly noise canceling is good, it's not on par with what you would get when you buy a Bose, but it's not bad and I use them on a plane all the time. I'm very happy with them and would purchase them again and or recommend somebody to purchase them I wear them when I work out running on the treadmill they don't fall out of my ears like previous models these are good

The noise cancelling, fit, and ambient sound are top notch as well. Only downgrade was battery life but I haven't yet run into a situation where it is too short for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a really picky about audio devices, specially an earbuds. I've owned many different brands and previous Samsung earbuds. I still own 5 different earbuds including brands like Sony, ultimate ear, Samsung and AKG. They are really great devices. Somehow I always carry my galaxy buds 2 pro for last year and half. They are more comfortable than anything else I've tried or used before. They are the right fit for my ears and they don't fall out after heavy use. They have lot of futures which makes my usage really easy and effortless. 1. Wireless charging, 2. Noise cancelling it top notch 3. Battery life is pretty good (5hrs of continuous use) with noise cancelling feature on 4. Packaging, 5. Sound. 6. Calls are clear and crisp SOUND: it's really adjustable. It's on the bassy side, you can get it right where you want it. The high frequencies are really pleasing and not hurtful to your ears. I give it 4.5 out of 5. PACKAGING: small, neat and "good to touch" material that covers the case and earbuds. My only concern is because the case is compact and small, also the earbuds are tiny, are easy to get them lost Good feature is, the app allows to locate the lost earbud with a high frequency sound to locate it. BATTERY: it's really good and it's holding up to the task. It hasn't lost much of it's capacity to hold juice. Wireless charging works really well. Calls are clear and crisp, never had anyone complained about the quality of the call.

There are some really neat Features like the test fit and ability to see the battery percentage on each bud and the case with the Samsung WEAR app. I can listen to music nearly all day without Running out of battery. The buds stay snug and comfortable hour after hour of use. I am extremely happy with my purchace!!!

Samsung's user friendly trade-in program makes price well within budget range (far less than completion). Though shape and comfort of Galaxy buds + is still unrivalled. Wish they can retain that shape, and add more improvement in future versions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't know if i would like these buds since normally I don't go for the "bud" style of earbuds, i like something with a cord so it doesn't fall out my ear easy and I can find them easier. But i love these so far. Quality is amazing, the head tracking is a nice feature, and it detecting when you're having a conversation and amplifying the sound is a good touch. My only gripe is that they fall out my ears too easily, so i always have to fumble them in my ear and with the touch controls on I'm always pausing what I'm listening to unintentionally. But other than that they're great.
