I got this Westinghouse because where I live my power keeps going out do to storms at least once a month. My place and my mom's place are 150 feet away from each other. So I have put this Generator in the middle of the property under a covered top to help keep the rain off of it. My mom is 76 years old and she needs Air Conditioning. This 3,600 watt Gen should run two 1,000 watt AC's plus two refrigerators and lights and so on. This gen started in 2 seconds out of the box after putting the oil in that came with the Gen.... So far two house holds are excited to have power for AC in 95 degree weather when needed...

I've had this generator for a few months and it worked great in the beginning. Unfortunately, lately I have been having difficulties troubleshooting various issues that have started to arise seemingly out of no where. The generator is only used to power my travel trailer. The issues I seem to encounter on a constant basis is that the generator fluctuates, suddenly shuts off, and now has issues running the air conditioner. Also, the bluetooth remote is unreliable and I often have to manually start the generator.

I got this generator just 2 days before Hurricane Florence. Of course like most people in the sand hills of North Carolina we are without power. I wanted the dual fuel so I can mostly run off the propane. And it's doing great on propane. I only got 7 hours out of a grill tank. But I have gasoline. But it won't run on gasoline. The generator cranked up and ran for about a minute and a half. Then wouldn't recrank. Luckily I was able to get more propane. I'm hoping it's something minor and Westinghouse can fix it. If so I would give it 5 stars

Just purchased this item for camper use and home appliance use during power outages. I picked this unit because of its features! Low unit weight/dcb rating/ elect start/remote start and dual fuel. My wife can operate this unit. Some assembly required. My unit did have a minor bend in a support rail due to shipping or stacking methods. Can't wait to use it!!

I just got the generator shipped to me started it up to see if it worked it works it works great but several items in did what they asked for the break in run the Internet different speeds not to exceed the 1800 mark work thank you for the great product Westinghouse

I purchased a dual fuel WGen 3600DFc portable generator recently. I couldn't be any more impressed with this product from the quality of construction, ease of instructions and most importantly how great it has functioned so far. Still early on in the use of this product but so far would not hesitate to purchase another one in the future.

I bought for my parents this in case of an emergency because it looked easy to use. I needed it a lot sooner than I planed. When they lost power I was able to set this up on a dark and cold January night in order to keep their necessary medical equipment running. Only used it for a few hours.

We have an older and bigger one (6 years old) that still works like a charm for our house. The last power outage we were out 3 days. We saved our food and ran lights tv and internet. We bought this newer one for our rv at the lake. The new one was shipped fast and was undamaged.

Works great. I've only used it using propane fuel. It starts on 2nd or 3rd run of the starter motor except when the temperature is near O° F then it will start by the 5th cycle of the starter motor. Best of all, no more hauling gasoline. Propane tanks are way easier to haul in the car. I'm planning on having it hooked up to the 500 gallon tank by next winter.

Just bought two of these units. Concerned when I read reviews of damage during shipment but they arrived in good condition. Both start and run just fine, but one unit does not start with the push button starter or remote. I am just now looking into it. Battery is good. I am not a good mechanic so I hope their service can help.
