We purchased this item around a month ago. After it arrived it took a few of us to get it where it belongs as it's awkward to move around without the right equipment. After that we filled it and plugged it in. We've been enjoying it ever since. It was easy to get the chemicals balanced too!

I have had this hot tub for about 3 weeks. I have really enjoyed it. The seating configuration is really nice. I also like the depth of the water. Very easy to get up and running. It takes about a day for the water to get up to temperature. The negative thing that I can say it that the surface that you sit on is not very smooth, it's a little rough. Overall, nice hot tub for the cost.

Full disclosure, I have been told I am not very picky, but I was pleasantly surprised by this hot tub. We are working out the whole chemical balance thing, but the jets are the perfect amount of pressure, which was my biggest concern when we decided to try a plug-in-play model. I feel really happy with the investment and hope it continues to work this well for years to come.

I've had this hot tub setup and at temp for just over a week. It took about 30 hours to reach 100 degrees but the temperature outside was quite cold. I absolutely love this thing! It was easy to setup, get the chemicals balanced, and start enjoying. I've used it every night for a week now. I would recommend!

Very relaxing. Heats quickly and the jets are perfect. The plug n play is great and saves a ton of money( no electrician needed).

We bought this to replace an old hot tub and it works great.This model is a true plug and play. Not hard to move with 4 people. It comes loaded on a pallet on its side packed well.

The hot tub was delivered a couple of weeks ago on time. It is easy to set up and works great. My wife loves it and uses it every night. Great product for the money.

I've had this tub filled & operational for over a year. Not one issue - knock on wood! Easy to maintain & electric bill is cheap. Interior is a rough plastic, not fiberglass so does rub with extended use. Good value for the price. Seats 2 very comfortably, 3 is a crowd honestly but can be done
