Takes about 2 days to heat up. Does not drain very easy, takes several hours so we used buckets to empty it. Delivery was great. Once you get it up and running it is real nice. Direction could be better not real easy to understand.

Bought it 2 months ago. 4 weeks to deliver. 3 people and a hand truck got it to the back yard. We placed it on an existing cobblestone patio near a plug and hose and we’re good to go. We are in it almost every night. All of the features are nice, and for the price- it’s beyond expectations. Love it!

I just got my hot tub it’s fabulous it’s nice and hot have had no issues so far I’ve only had it two days the only thing I didn’t like is that it took a month after purchasing it. The delivery people were fabulous they gave us some tips on how to move it no issues at all quick and easy set up

This Spa was purchased less than a month ago, easy to setup, and has been a joy to relax in and the water is warm enough, along with the consistency of maintaining a current water temperature @ 110V. The maintainence on this spa is excellent and easy to perform.

Very happy with the Lifesmart LS350DX. It is easy to setup and operate. With the 120 volt plug it makes the installation a snap.

Great spa definitely make sure you have 4 people atleast to help you move it. Cords about 10ft long if your wondering

This hot tub is perfect for our needs. Was a little challenge to get it to the back yard and in place. Temperature does drop slightly but not enough to make a difference. Also I'm relatively short so using the lounge chair is hard. Overall great purchase! Love coming home from a long day and relaxing in it. I would recommend this to friends and family.

Right size for our family with two kids. Definitely will need four strong backs or a rolling pallet mover to position. Easy plug and go with 110 power. Learned that the power is used to primarily run the heater or the water jets, so with the jets running and air bubbles (which cools the water too) we noticed the water temp dropped a bit about an hour into our soak. So, if you can foot the bill for the 220 power model and can get a dedicated outlet for the same, would recommend 220 so you can run both features at once. For us, living in the south, don't expect to be worried too much about trying to sit in sub freezing temps too much.

I bought this after reading many reviews but was a little concerned about the friction heating. DON'T BE! I've had it for about a month and it works great! It took about 1 1/2 - 2 days for the water to heat up and it stays at 104*. The only downside is if it is cold & breezy the temp will drop 1-2* in 30-40 min. with all the air jets on, but by then I'm ready to get out anyway. The jets with the air on are fairly powerful and feel oh so good. The maintenance is easy and the spa works great. I estimate my electric bill to run around $1 a day for the spa, well worth it. The plug & play is so easy and works so well I think this a great buy!

excellent so far..perfect size for patio. very easy to set up. delivery guys were awesome,very polite and helpful. order came in less than 2 weeks.once in backyard was very easy and light to move around for proper placement my son and I were able to move ourselves. all you have to do is take protective wrapping off,fill with water and plug it in. takes about 24 hours to reach optimal temp..usually stays around 105-106. feels like a nice hot bath..not to hot but comfortable. Jets are sufficient for light therapy..not strong like your 7000.00 spas or 220v..but enough to satisfy. lights are beautiful..can have colors rotate or set to desired color. waterfall feature very relaxing for sound effects. appears to be very well made..nice strong resin. steps included..sturdy resin material also. not very deep when standing but as deep as in ground spas when sitting. like the seating design..have three large teenage boys who all fit very comfotable..fits up to five. great deal for price and first time spa owners without breaking the bank. comes with lid also which is light weight and needs attaching to outside with screwdriver very easy placment. .
