I’ve had lifetime chairs (and tables) for many years, they take a beating with no issues. I had a couple of chairs, at least 10 years old, where the plastic feet needed to be replaced. I called the support department, gave them the model number, and they sent me new replacement feet. No charge, and I had them in less than a week.

Real comfortable chair 4 my big butt. (303 lbs.) I would have given it a 5 star grade if the bottom seat of the chair didn't buckle crease the plastic in the middle back edge. On the 2nd. day of use! I think the chair was rated for 350-400 lbs. The back edge should be made thicker like the front edge.

I really like the style, shape and quality of this folding chair. I have a very high-end outdoor dining table and chairs and didn't want to bring out cheap-looking folding chairs when I needed extra seating. I got them in black and they blend well with my contemporary metal chairs. I am very happy with my purchase!

I am part of my fundraising committee for my local volunteer fire department for over 30 years. At all our events we hold we been using folding metal chairs for years. Even before I joined, when my farther was a member I remember as a child. Over the years they wear out and break. I started to replace them with lifetime chairs. Purchased 20 5-6 years ago. These chairs are worth their name, because what an upgrade from looks to comfort. To easy to store and to work with. So light and strong. Our guests could not be more happy. So many compliments. We just purchased 20 more and looking to place out our whole chair count with 40 in the future when we raise the money. What a great product. Have been using these chairs since I received them a few weeks ago. Very satisfied with the purchase. They are comfortable, lightweight and very sturdy. Durable material. I'll be sure to order more of this same brand/style should I need more for my everyday use.

I borrowed a pair of these chairs from a friend for a team dinner and immediately ordered 4 for myself! Super comfortable and sturdy! They also stack closely together and take up minimal space in my entryway closet. The color choice was perfect for my home and they delivered quickly right to my house!

Great service, prompt and helpful . I ordered the chairs and got great use out of them. I noticed some of the bases were missing. I wasn’t sure how to fix them. Reached out to Lifetime and they helped solve the problem. I’ll enjoy many more years of use of these great folding chairs.

We have owned 4 tables and 24 chairs for more than a few years. When they were returned from a recent gathering, 3 of the chairs were missing the caps off the legs and 2 of the tables were missing the caps on the legs. I chatted on-line and was helped immensely. Hunter was patient as I ran back and forth to and from the garage to get serial and model numbers and waited while I took a photo of a table I couldn't find a number on. And after all that, he had them shipped to me free of charge! This is why we buy Lifetime!

I bought my Lifetime chairs Many years ago. I recently noticed 4 missing foot inserts. I called support and after a few short questions I was told that they have the parts I need in stock and they can ship them out to me. I was waiting for the cost and then she said free of charge. Wow made my day. The support team member was so pleasant, it made me feel like I had been doing business with the company for many years.
