We tried out four different models--tried them all at home and decided on the Lifetime model 2803. We returned the others and bought more 2803's because it was remarkably comfortable, felt sturdy, and looked nice. When we were paying for them I asked what the weight rating was. The cashier said 500 lbs. WOW! The cheap-o chairs manufactured in you-know-where were only 275 and 300 lbs rating. I'm so pleased to have an outstanding product made in America that I'm leaving the stickers on ours so our friends can see them. And the price was only a little more than the made-in-you-know-where look-alikes. Remember, "the bitterness of poor quality is remembered long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten". I am a share holder in a private water ski lake and ski club in northern Utah. Our lake and club has been in operation for 13 years and we purchased 2 tables and six chairs. These products are used almost continually between May and Sept and they have been great. They are durable and can take the use and abuse. We did learn that if placed to close to the campfire the chairs do melt and it is not a good idea to place a hot dutch oven on the table. Both situations were operator error but something to keep in mind. Great products.

Our VFD bought 40 of the folding chairs, the product is well made and cleans up easily. We have one big issue with this chair and it is the feet. The hard plastic foot support comes at an angel to set level. The issue is the molding or cast marks are sharp and will cut into the tile floor or wood. We have tried to find covers for this and no luck. Just pulling the chair from under the table will scratch the wax and into the tile . Poor design on that part. We can spend big dollars to get our floor cleaned and waxed and after the first meeting looks like we never had it done. Our chairs are now four years old and that is our only issue.

I have 6 of the chairs I use to entertain when I have people at my house. They are easy to move around, relatively low weight for how sturdy they are and overall just a good chair. You cant go wrong using them to entertain or even using them on a daily basis.

I saw some chair just like these in our local hospital front waiting room and sat in one just to see what it felt like. I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort and stability that it had to be a folding chair! I liked it so much that I wanted some just like it for extra seating at my house and for a safe chair to use when I do my chair exercises. This one is perfect for each of my purposes. I definitely recommend them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these chairs. Easy to fold, lightweight and holds all sizes of people comfortably and securely. Have had other chairs bow or bend with more weight, these do not. They don't fold up if kids are leaning back.

This product appeared to be quite durable. Very comfortable even for the heavier adult. The design did not take away from the elegance of the room and table arrangements. Considered draping the chairs with fabric but they were adequate without. Would recommend this product to others.

They're comfortable and easy to stack and store! Very happy with our purchase.

This is the most comfortable folding chairs I have ever sat in. Most folding chairs eventually hurt my back or become terribly uncomfortable but the contouring on this chair makes it nice to sit in for short or long periods of time. They look nice even though they are simple plastic folding chairs. Highly recommend.

Have always had good luck with Lifetime products. However, this chair did not meet expectations. It had only been used a few times and the backrest came loose. It was a poor design. The similar model 2180 seems to be more well designed and has stood up much better.
