Lost some of the folding chair end caps. Hunter took care of me, he shipped replacements the next day. Hard to find good customer service like this anymore.

These chairs are great - very solid and well worth the cost. I would have given them 5 stars except that they are a little on the heavy side for folding chairs, but that's probably why they are so sturdy!
