[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this Pergola to dress up our home prior to selling it. It was gorgeous and the best purchase we could have ever made. It went together nicely with the help of 3 adults. It was solid and very well made. I believe that this helped us get top dollar for our home. I miss it greatly and only wish I could have a new one for my new home. I would not hesitate to purchase this as it is made to last. We put a waterproof wood sealant on it per from the manufacturer. I got so many compliments on this beautiful structure. You will not be disappointed in your purchase. I was happy that everything went together without issue. All the screw holes aligned perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I built a patio in our back yard and we added this pergola to that space. It is now a beautiful feature that is also functional with the power ports. I was able to sting some colorful outdoor lights around the top of the pergola so we can set the mood after dark. I was also able to build a removable projector mount that allows us to watch movies projected onto a nearby wall. We're really enjoying the space more than we imagined! Building the pergola was a little challenging at times because a couple of the long bolts cross-threaded into their respective nuts...so they ended up locking up and stripped the threads. There were a couple of extra nuts/bolts so it wasn't a major concern. However even with the extras, there was 1 long bolt that I simply have to live with knowing that it didn't fasten completely/tightly. All-in-all, I am very satisfied with this pergola and would definitely recommend it to others.

We purchased this unit last summer. It comes in extremely heavy containers. We removed the items, and laid them out by number on the garage floor to make sure all the parts were there. Due to shipping damage to the box, one set of screws was missing, and one small 2 x 2 rafter board was broken. I called Sams customer service, and they had replacement items shipped right away. This unit is nice quality, and comes with an easy to read assembly instructions. You need to seal this pergola, so we decided to seal all the boards before they were assembled....easier than painting on a ladder.. We used Thompsons water seal, clear, and our unit still looks brand new. I would recommend that if you are not young and very strong, that you hire someone to assemble it...the contractor said the instructions were easy to follow and that all necessary hardware is included . We are very happy with our purchase ..

We are happy with the pergola. It takes 3 people to put some of it together and it's not an easy task! Strong structure and we added adjustable sun shade and curtains. The coating/stain, however, is an attractant for wasps. They started peeling strips away. And, of course, it attracts wood bees. Other than that we are pleased with the outcome!

Now that it's standing tall in our backyard, we've got this awesome chill-out zone for us, the kiddos, and our pals. It's like our own little haven for making memories and soaking up good times. I bought this a year ago. Did have to keep checking the site and store to see when it would come back into stock. Luckily, I didn't have to wait to long. This pergola was exactly what my back yard needed...I looks amazing. Easy to set-up and love the convenience of having an electrical outlet in close proximity. Great design.

We wanted something to help with the heat on our little patio. Saw this on line and liked the barnwood color and was the right size for our slab.I and my two grandsons put it together and finished it in about 4 hours. The instructions were right on and everything fit just right. My wife wanted a little more shade so you will notice that I put some grey vinyl lattice on top and it came out beautiful.We are very pleased with our Pergola.

Put this together over two days by myself. Construction was easy, and all holes and hardware matched up perfectly. The instructions in the app were clear and easy to follow. Normally when assembling things, I’ll make a mistake or two and have to disassemble and reassemble parts. This wasn’t an issue due to the interactive nature of the app. The existing finish was adequate, and I added another two coats of stain to be sure that it was protected. It’s been up for about 8 months, and it looks just as good today as it did when I assembled it. This is a good sign since the sun in Phoenix can be brutal. Of course, I can’t say how it holds up in wet environments. I’m thinking about trying to order another set of small slats for the top to increase the shade provided. I will check the hardware for tightness at the one year mark, but so far everything seems tight and sturdy. I would recommend this pergola to anyone.
