I have been practicing keto on and off for a few years now, but there are days when my cravings for something sweet takes on a mind of it's own. Most Keto friendly snacks are either too sweet with tons of preservatives or it's meat. When I saw these, I was very excuted because it offered the sweet with the chocolate, but also fiber and protein. I found the 1/2 cup serving to be perfect to satisfy my cravings and the overall taste is perfect. I am so happy I picked this up. Totally an impulse buy I did not regret.

I love them...KETO FRIENDLY - NOT! Cane sugar is not approved on the ketogenic diet. It has erithrytol and etc but way down the ingredient list is cane sugar. After eating wsy too much and getting out of ketosis...I realized I should've read more. Although it was worth it...

I really wanted to love this! It has many seeds and nuts in it so I was buying this as a sweet treat. I think the coconut flavor overpowers the rest of what is in there. The dark chocolate was just the right amount of sweetness to kill the chocolate craving I sometimes get. The crunchiness was good too. I just think it needs less coconut.

If you really need a healthy snack, this fits the bill. If you have a sugar craving, this does not fit the bill. It definitely tastes like you’re trying to have a sweet, but not really. Also, eat them quickly, because the chocolate melts in your hand pretty quickly.

Being diabetic I thought this would be a great snack and I love dark chocolate. I gave this 2 stars for various reasons. While I did read the contents prior to buying I did not think that the coconut would be so very forward in the taste (I hate coconut). Additionally, you must keep these in a cool place as they melt quickly and crumble almost the moment you touch them.

Keto friendly and takes good. I’m not really a fan of dark chocolate but these are great. They would be less keto and more delicious with milk chocolate. I’m terribly disappointed that they are available only for a limited time. Keep as a regular item.

The item was good tasting but all the chocolate melted everything together. I actually like this product & actually order similar products from completely across the country including meat & their’s is delivered fast & ready to eat, not keeping it in the freezer for several days to make it edible

Being on keto can be challenging, but being able to have delicious treats like this help make it more sustainable and a lifestyle change. I find it the right amount of sweetness, but I'm sure there are plenty of people that would not think it's sweet enough.

I bought these at my local Club and enjoyed them very much. They're an interesting blend of flavors and textures. They're a nice, fairly harmless snack or dessert. However, as my first bag began to run low, I was unable to find them at my local Club. I was finally able to find them online for delivery but I have little expectation this will be true in the future. This happens so often and I'm not sure I understand what purpose is served by this practice.

These are pretty good and you can justify them because they have healthy grains in them. The only thing I didn't like about them is that there are a few big clusters and the rest breaks down into tiny oatmeal like granola bites. Hard to eat it when its so small.
