Thank you for your honest feedback - We are glad you found the clusters tasty. We completely understand your frustration about the bag feeling like it has more air than product. Please know that our products are sold by net weight, not by how full the bag appears. The extra space helps protect the clusters from breaking during shipping and handling. That said, we hear you, and we will share your feedback with our packaging team as we continue to improve. Thank you again for giving our clusters a try.

Thank you for your honest feedback - we are glad you found the taste okay, but we are sorry to hear about the messiness and the crumbly texture. Dark chocolate can melt quickly in warm temperatures, and clusters can sometimes break during shipping and handling. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we will share your comments with our production and packaging teams for future improvement.
