Arrived on time and was packaged well. My kid likes it a lot and sits in it all the time. The chair compresses down after sitting in it for a while and could definitely use more filling.

It takes a whole lot of patience and compassion to be able to love this product from start to finish yet, it's still my SUNCTUARY AFTER MY COVID UNIT NIGHTSHIFT DEPLOYMENT! An RN from LAX!

Fabulous product. Fluffing requires a little bit of time since the foam is vacuum packed. It was much easier to get into the cover than I anticipated. My teen daughter loves it!

Meets our expectations! It does take the time to fully expand. We may end up buying extra stuffing to make it fuller. At this time, we are unsure if that will be needed or not.

We are very happy with this product, we didnt realize it would take a week to become full size but it was tottaly worth it. Even now, when you flip the bag, it is as if it is brand new! We are considering buying another one for the rec room!

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my Granddaughter... she loves it. My daughter is very pleased with the quality & comfort. The size is perfect for relaxing, studying on her computer or napping.

Not surw if theres just not enough foam, but im pretty sure the foam isnt memory foam to start off. Lay on it for 5 mins and yours uncomfortable and trying to fluff it back up. Really want to return

At most, the diameter is 4’8” if I’m being generous. Again if I’m generous, it’s only 14” tall. It’s supposed to be 5’ diameter and 32” tall. If you’re over 120lbs your tailbone WILL touch the floor.

The foam bag is very large, flattens out unlike the photo which makes it look elevated. You can’t mold it like a traditional bean bag so you have neck support, you have to lay flat, my kids do love jumping into it, but we are returning as it is not what we thought it was or what was depicted in the photos.

My son got this for Christmas and we are very disappointed with it. We have tried fluffing the chair by turning it regularly and pulling the filling apart. It is flat like a donut and does not hold its shape. I wish I could return it. Total wast of money.
