This is the perfect grab and go breakfast.  It sweet and wholesome.  It stops the growls.

This looks similar to the gluten free. Almost had a bad day because the no corn syrup symbol looks very similar to GF

Not gluten free

I gave these a try and I wasn’t disappointed.
With my morning coffee the fig bars are not overly sweet low in sugar the crust is moist in texture.
There’s 2 in each package and you wouldn’t be cheating if you had a 2nd package along with the refill of coffee 
Give the sugary donuts and coffee rolls a rest.
