If you like fig newtons, you will enjoy these. Even the kids like them. Wrapped in packages of 2 bars, they are great for snacks, go-bags, breakfast replacement with a glass of juice or milk, to take camping/hiking, to keep in the desk at work for coworkers that get hangry, they're just a great little package!

My daughter started eating these as a way to curb appetite. Now I buy them for the same reason. Delicious and fulfilling.
