I've been eating the blueberry and raspberry fig bars for two or three years in my lunch and as work snacks. My granddaughter also loves the blueberry. They taste great and they provide good, healthy nutrition.

Good alternative to fig newtons or cookies when you're wanting something a little sweet between meals. Good value compared to most grocery stores, although I wish sam's carried other flavors.
