I normally find these delicious, but this batch is nearing it's expiration date and are very stale, some even sticking to the wrapper when opened.

Good hearty snack. Digests really well during bike rides and swimming. Doesn’t melt or freeze so a good alternative to other energy bars.

For my hermit neighbor to have as a snack. These are the only food he asks me to get for him. And this way I know he had something to eat.

My first try. I love fig, but these caught me of lacking fig flavor and a overall flavor of sugar and some fruit.

They are delicious! If you are craving delicious bakery food, these bars are well worth looking into.

This item is not gluten free. Label shows “Contains Wheat ” Even though Sam’s lists this in their Gluten Free section.

These remind me of the fig newtons I had growing up but in an adult version! I love the natural ingredients! My kids also love them!
