I bought two blades. One of the blades works fine, the other doesn't make full contact with my windshield and leaves a streaky area in the center. I'm not particular confident in the quality of this product.

I bought a set for two cars, and they both broke while using in the rain. A very dangerous situation ! I took both sets back for a refund. Do not buy!

The Ford Escape uses 28" blades. These fit and went on fine. The issue is that the blades don't have enough tension to them, and the bottom 1/3 of the Drivers side blade doesn't make contact. The blades I removed had far more spring/tension and both made contact all the way through

Awesome product and easy to install! I was able to get the right size that fits my vehicle by texting 73250, which provided a link to installation videos (easy to follow). I am intrigued by the wear indicator technology as I often forget about changing wipers until I hear that annoying sound when it rains. It would be awesome if you start offering rear blades as well. Definitely recommend! High quality at an unbeatable price!

I installed these on two Toyotas, a Corolla and a Highlander in early November '23. Both have the same J-hook mounting bracket that is supposed to just click into place with no additional adapters. Installed without incident. Then yesterday we had our first real winter weather, a rain and snow mix. Driver's side wiper came off of the Highlander as I pulled into a garage. My wife's Corolla completely lost the passenger side wiper while she was driving in the worsening weather! Scary. So I tested the remaining wipers on each car and found that I could pull them off the J-hook with little effort. They had clicked into place securely a couple months ago so apparently they are either defective or they just can't stand up to early winter weather. I couldn't trust these wipers any more so I bought some with a cover that locks down over the mount area after sliding the wiper into place.

Brought the 18" and 26" home to install on the car. 26" installation went fine, but the 18" was missing the "B" adapter (19mm push button adapter). Drove back to Sam's to return, only to find that the replacement 18" was also missing the "B" adapter. Went through their entire bin of about 20 18" packets and could see through the packing that they were all missin the "B" adapter. Looked at the 19" and 17" -they all had it. So for some reason only the 18" was missing it. Not sure if that's a manufacturer defect, or if someone went through and snagged them. Either way, that ding on quality control by Sam's, but the blade themselves seem to be fine. Full contact all around (at least for now).

So all those driver side works perfectly the passenger side seems to have a missing Gap right dead center where the bar connects to the wiper that's where it's raised up funny enough so I don't think I'd ever buy that for a Mazda CX-5 again I have to go to the dealership to get it. I will try on my Mazda 6 and test it before I leave so if it does the same thing I can return it immediately

I went to Sam's Club for windshield wipers expecting a long wait. They moved all the wipers behind the counter. The automotive cashier asked me for the year/make/model of my car and looked up the sizes (22" R and 26" L). After payment, she told me to pull my vehicle in front of the garage. The installation was completed 5 min afterwards. The wipers worked fine.

I am giving a 1 star rating only because I can’t give 0. The wiper blades flew off my car on a rainy day while I was on interstate .I thought it was because of the hook but as soon as I changed it, the problem went away.This was the first and last time

This 16” blade squeaked and chattered from day one of installation. I checked several times to make sure the blade was installed properly. I called support and they recommended wiping the blade down with alcohol. This made no change in the performance of the blade. This blade is unacceptable and I will be replacing it with another brand. This is the passenger side blade. The driver side blade, which was replaced at the same time does not have this problem. However it is a different size blade, 26”.
