I ordered these for a wedding. They were meant to arrive on Tuesday, leaving me plenty of time to get them in water before I needed to start arranging them. They were delayed a day due to a mistake on the supplier's end with my address. I attempted to call Sam's to ask about the delay, and the AI operator at first said that it could not connect me to the floral department and I would need to contact my local club. After going back and forth, I was finally connected to a real person in the floral department. She was wonderful, and she explained the issue. She definitely showed the value of a real, caring person over an incompetent AI bot. I received the roses today, 1 day late. The stem length varies a lot, with some much shorter than the others. They also look crushed and wilted, likely due to the delay. I attempted to attach pictures, but it says "There was an error uploading your file", so I apologize for the lack of images. Hopefully, they will look a little better after being in water over night. I have ordered from Sam's before with no issue, but I will definitely reconsider ordering these particular roses again. The rest of my order came in with no issue.

Beautiful

Bought these for Valentine’s Day had them delivered two days before as that’s what was recommended when scheduling delivery they showed up one day early sad looking and wilted 🥀 looked at the care cut 1-2in off at 45 degrees out the package of feed in with the water and they turned a little better but still not close to a fresh cut rose 🌹 and receiving them 3 days early they look worse then when delivered on Valentine’s Day will not buy again!

Best decision I could have made for our wedding!

It was very disappointing. I ordered a hundred white roses and approximately 15 of them had the head of the flower broken away from the stem.

Gorgeous flowers, very tight and firm and healthy! Got them in Tuesday and used them Friday. They were still looking healthy that Monday!

Usually perfect, these seemed a little old. They weren’t as pretty as those I’ve ordered in the past and didn’t last as long.

These red roses were absolutely beautiful. The only other thing I would have done was purchase babies breath.

My white roses bloomed very nice, but the boxes arrived and they were very hot , not delivered in a refrigerator truck , l was afraid they would die

The roses came ine day early, they were all fresh and beautiful, and after 15 days, some are still alive! We used 350 stems for the wedding.
