Flowers where dry. Described as white but where white/yellow. it ruin our wedding day and had to reorder white ones

My first order and most of my rides are very damaged. Petals are falling off just sitting in bucket.

My roses just arrived, unfortunately not the best quality this time. Some are a bit brownish on the center and the way is packed damages the blooms, too thight.
