Purchased our roses for my daughter's wedding and they were delivered as expected and were absolutely stunning! We mixed them with hydrangea (which I confess we ordered as "filler" in case the roses showed up less than healthy for some reason). They were beautiful and better than expected. We only needed five centerpieces and a bridal bouquet and while the florist quoted us $1200 we decided to take a chance on making our own instead. We paid less than $200 total. Sam's for the WIN!

The flowers themselves were fine but the shipping went horribly wrong and the flowers arrived two days late and we had to go to Plan B at the last moment for the wedding flowers these were meant to be. Don’t know if that was the fault of FedEx, the third-party that Sam’s Club uses to provide the flowers, or Sam’s Club for putting their name on this whole process. The flowers left Miami a day late, took an extended detour to Honolulu, before arriving to Salt Lake two days late. Very poor communication from all parties involved.

Incredible looking and great smelling roses. Even after being delayed 1 day (due to FedEx, NOT Sam's Club or the Vendor), they still looked great and lasted about two weeks past the wedding. They mixed well in 7 bouquets and 6 centerpieces. Will definitely order again!

These were used as part of a wedding ceremony altar, along with garden roses, babys breath and a 15ft garland! Came perfectly packaged and on time. I only wished I ordered them a bit sooner to allow them to open up more for the ceremony day, but with 2 days in advance, they were perfectly fresh. We stuck these and the garden roses in a bucket of water and kept them in the living room and then drove 2 hours with them for the wedding location. They thrived and looked beautiful. Cannot recommend enough. You can absolutely pull off your own florals if you want to!

I ordered these for a wedding. They were meant to arrive on Tuesday, leaving me plenty of time to get them in water before I needed to start arranging them. They were delayed a day due to a mistake on the supplier's end with my address. I attempted to call Sam's to ask about the delay, and the AI operator at first said that it could not connect me to the floral department and I would need to contact my local club. After going back and forth, I was finally connected to a real person in the floral department. She was wonderful, and she explained the issue. She definitely showed the value of a real, caring person over an incompetent AI bot. I received the roses today, 1 day late. The stem length varies a lot, with some much shorter than the others. They also look crushed and wilted, likely due to the delay. I attempted to attach pictures, but it says "There was an error uploading your file", so I apologize for the lack of images. Hopefully, they will look a little better after being in water over night. I have ordered from Sam's before with no issue, but I will definitely reconsider ordering these particular roses again. The rest of my order came in with no issue.

I bought two cases of 150 Member's Mark roses to make 24‑ and 50‑stem Valentine's Day bouquets, and this purchase was a complete disaster. The roses arrived with tiny, underdeveloped, pathetic buds that looked nothing like the photos or what you'd expect for Valentine's Day. Half the stems were weak, or already on their last leg, and a lot of the buds never opened at all. These were supposed to be “Premium” roses, but what I received was nowhere near sellable quality; especially when customers expect full, beautiful blooms. And because the order arrived so close to Valentine's Day, returning them wasn't even an option. I ended up losing money and scrambling to salvage whatever I could just to keep my customers from being disappointed. No business owner should have to patch together bouquets from a bulk order that was supposed to be reliable. Sam's Club, if you're going to market these roses, then the quality needs to match the promise. This experience cost me time, money, and customer trust. I won't be buying Member's Mark roses again, and I strongly suggest other business owners think twice before relying on them.

We ordered 100 stems last year for a work event and they were absolutely gorgeous. We ordered 50 stems this year and it was a night and day difference. Wilted, molded and already yellowing when we opened the boxes. It was too late to reorder so we had to go elsewhere for another 2 dozen to get by. (Tried to add the pictures to this review but keep getting a network client error)
