product is good - customer service & tracking are terrible - I purchased gift card on 6/17/25 for 6/13 delivery - product never arrived - have contacted SAM'S 7 fed-ex approx. 10 times trying to get my purchase or finf out when it's coming - none of the responses were any help - Sam's still saying "arrives by 6/13/25", "on it's way", fed-ex (robot) was a joke! Sam's telephone "help center" (robot) never let me say my problem - tried to sell me something - I hung up! Sam's management should not pay for this kind of customer service/robots.
