Never Received My Refund

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I never received this gift card. FedEx has lost it. I contacted Sam's. A third party handles gift cards and sent an email giving me 168 hours to respond. I responded within 3 days stating I would like a refund. 9 days later received an email stating since they haven't heard from me the matter was solved. I have my email were I responded too. DO not order gift cards from Sams. Only buy in store.
