Hi Lori, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience with the Panera Broccoli Cheddar Soup. What you described is not the quality or consistency we aim to deliver. There should be whole florets and smaller pieces of broccoli suspended throughout, along with shredded carrots. The broccoli should be tender and yield easily to the bite. It’s disappointing to hear that the product contained mostly stem pieces and that the flavor was lacking. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We would like the opportunity to learn more about your experience and make this right. Please reach out to our Customer Care Team at 800-274-2526 or email customercare@blountfinefoods.com and reference case 1106538 so we can better assist you. We look forward to hearing from you.
