It is skid resistant, it has stain release and it’s machine washable. The backing is not so thick and rubber like, like most bathroom waterproof rugs. This backing is much lighter feeling and I don’t believe it will ruin in the wash as most bathroom rugs with rubber backing would. It is still skid resistant, just a little different than most I’ve had. It is so so soft!!

It fits well with our other decor and is extremely soft! It stays in place and doesn't slide which is a plus since we have a young child. I love that it is machine washable as well. Beautiful rug that I highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live with four kids and this rug is great to have by our front door. Very easy to wash and feels sturdy but extremely soft and feels amazing on your feet. Its not so thin i feel like a towl either which was my concern with a washable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, I am very happy to have come across this wonderful washable rug! Sure some people think, rugs are washable, until the back falls off & you can no longer use the rug. Well, fear no more, with this awesome rug, you can wash repeatedly and it comes out clean and with all the backing still on. I know this as I have 3 dogs who lay on it all day long, so it needs to get washed often. I have washed it weekly, and it comes out clean & none of the backing is gone. The rug itself is very nice, so soft, and lays nicely. I would indeed recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug is a very soft and easy to place rug. It seems like it would stand up well to high traffic but I haven’t had it long enough to be sure. I have a really large washable and it’s way too big to go into the washing machine, but this one seems like it would fit easily so much more practical to wash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug is beautiful. I put it in my kitchen and it's the perfect size for the sink area. The color is a light gray which matches my decor. It's very soft also. So it feels nice on your bare feet. It's a great quality rug. I'm definitely going to look for a bigger size for my living room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This area rug is wonderful. The hardest decision we've had to make with this rug is where it will go. It fit in well in the living room, entry hallway, and in the kitchen. It is very versatile and is going to be used frequently.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug is beautiful!! It is light and very soft. I immediately was impressed with this rug when I got it in the mail. Perfect fit in front of door. Washing this was a breeze. It was hard on my washing machine and I was about to place back on the floor. I really need a bigger one now!
