This product was a big disappointment. The sauce mix smells so bad when you mix it in with the pasta, and the taste isn't any better. Sauce is also very thin and not rich and creamy. Don't waste your money on this product. I ended up giving the leftovers to my dog.

We picked this up this weekend and just got around to the making it. Omg! It's so good and easy to make into Mac and cheese. It's not super heavy on the truffle flavor which I'm good with but it still has tons of flavor. I can't wait to try some different recipes with it!

Needs some more flavor to it. I made this and I really feel that if you add 1 ounce of cream cheese and decrease the butter by half it could flavor it up. You can hardly taste the cheese and all you get is full peppery taste. Also it would probably be better made as is with just the sauce over marinated chicken or an omelet. However with the elbows it needs some major help. However if you have Covid and have no taste this product is for you!

This sauce mix was pretty good. I made it as directed and it was fine but I prefer a bit more salt and pepper which I added. I'll add some other seasonings next time. The truffle wasn't overwhelming and well-balanced, and the sauce was creamy and stuck well to my elbow rigate pasta. This works in a pinch.

Of course it smell strange!! It's cheese and truffles. Neither of them smell nice. Lol Just got home and tasted it. It was so delicious that I got on here to order more and saw these reviews. I'm shocked. It's REALLY good.

I wanted to love this so badly. But it was really salty with no distinct flavor. I tried adding some things to make it taste better but nothing worked. It really does have a strange aftertaste as well. No one in my family would eat it and now I'm stuck with a big bottle of this mix.

I made this in a cast iron with home made pasta and broccolini and it was incredible! This isn't Kraft, you have to know what you're doing.

I wanted to love it but the smell & taste are horrible. Almost like it's old but the expiration was good for a long time. I've had truffles before, I don't think that's it. I threw the whole jar away. So bad!!!

Don't waste your money. No truffle taste and has a weird after taste.
