We love these lunch boxes and have used them since our kids were little! My daughter lost the divider to her larger Bentgo box, and the customer service was so wonderful and is sending us TWO replacements. Highly recommend these boxes and this company!

Bought our boxes last summer for our 4 Kids. Unfortunately, two of them have thrown away their removable dividers. I contacted bentgo and they made it SUPER easy to send me new ones, and I’m super glad! It would be much harder to use them without the dividers!

I really enjoy my Bentgo Fresh lunch box. It's the perfect size for my work lunch. I love being able to keep all my food in one box and not have to bother with a bunch of small containers. Also, the adjustable divider is very convenient so you're not stuck with just one size!

I bought these Bentgo lunch boxes and they hold up! We’ve tried the knockoff bc of the price but I learned the hard way because I ended up throwing the knock off in the trash after only a couple of uses. I finally caved and voila! They’re the best! I don’t have to worry about staining, smelling, not keep the food warm or cold and light weight which is a plus! I would never go back to any knockoff lunch box! Do yourself the favor and invest in these ! Mom approved!!!!❤️❤️❤️

Our Bentgo boxes are perfect for keeping make ahead lunches fresh for the next school day! The compartments are appropriately sized for my children's appetites, ages 6 and 8. They also allow us to cut down on using several wasteful ziplock baggies each lunch. We are big fans and love the fun patterns too : )

I phoned in today because I dropped one of the daycare children's tray that goes in the Bentgo box. The tray chipped and I called in to ask how long a replacement would take to be shipped. Nicholas was beyond kind and understanding and offered to get a replacement sent out right away. As this is an item that belongs to one of my client's children, it eased my mind that I can tell the parent that I have taken care of the situation and she will see a replacement shortly. Bentgo boxes are the best school lunch supplies I have Ran across! If you are looking for an item that’s not gonna leak, you hv found it! My 1st bentgo box was purchased 1yr ago. It was a tad bit difficult for my then 4yr old to close by herself. I just was patient w teaching her how to maneuver the hinge/latch. Then this school year my mother gifted both of the kids bentgo boxes. I realized then my 1st “bentgo kids” box is infact harder to close than the “bentgo kids”box we were gifted this school year. And the other box had a black stain in the seal that i could wash/scrub off (came out the box new with this stain)…(that is the only reason I gave 4 stars” But customer support was very helpful in assisting me w my stained product. I will always use these products, it’s easy to pack a graze lunch for my picky eaters and the feel like the choices are all there’s. So don’t hesitate to purchase this product (just know that it’s a bit costly but so worth every penny) Look no more, the search is over!

So we’ve used this bentgo fresh for 1.5 years and love it! Someone it got cracked on the back and customer service was fantastic and had a new one shipped out to me the day after I wrote to them. The 2 year warranty is great! We’ve always had wonderful customer service and my boys both love their boxes. They are easy for kids to open, which a lot of bento boxes are not. And they keep everything separate with room for all the lunch components! Perfect size.

To say we love our Bentgo box is an understatement. We use our box for school, picnics, road trips, and more. We take this container everywhere we go. Great quality. No issues with mold and simple to clean. Just purchased a Bentgo lunch bag and Can’t wait to try it out this school year. Some of the best customer service I’ve received in years.

We've used these for 2 kids and they are super-functional. Keeps all of the foods separate (a MANDATORY for our 7-year old), really easy to clean and no chance for any rusts of parts from frequent washing. We had one fall from a high shelf (8 feet) and the inside cracked -- customer service was super-responsive.
