Pros: - Modular Design Cons: - Shipping caused damage to connector piece. Reached out to samsclub@abbysonliving but they haven't responded in 9 days. - Sometimes hard to attach connector pieces. You need to slide the 2 connector pieces under the seats together, but sometimes the cushion prevents them from connecting. - The frame/back rest does not seem like it will last long, feels creaky. Neutral: - The color varies depending on the angle of the fabric, which are in different directions depending on the piece. - The cushions are firm, which I prefer for sitting so we don't sink. But if you intend to sleep on it, it is firm. - The seats are not deep, which I prefer. I've only had this for a few weeks. To be seen how long the cushion/frame/connectors last.

I've had this for a year and a half, the cushions are flattening out. For daily use and lots of traffic this is not recommended. I did love the ability to maneuver the pieces to make whatever you want. I wish they had a way to recushion the couch easily.

I am pleased with this couch. Good size for a family of 6. Light weight. Firm yet comfortable. Comes pretty much ready. Unbox, add the legs and pick your layout.

I received my order a few weeks after purchasing. Once unboxed my husband noticed a slight change of color with one corner piece. I've reached out to the company and haven't heard back. Other than that we like it for the price. At first I was unsure because the fabric seemed rough, but it has softened in the couple weeks we've had it. It was also super staticy. Overall I'd buy again to use in the family/movie room, but I wouldn't want it to be in a room used as a more formal setting.

I made my order on June 2nd and selected the delivery for June 20th. The delivery window was between 8am to 8pm. There must be a 18 yr old or older to sign. So I took the day off. Nothing arrived that day so I called Sam's and they could not get ahold of AIT the carrier. I callwd AIT the next day and they said the delivery date I was given was an estimate from Sam's. Not their actual delivery date. Then continue to tell me it was in transit somewhere between California and Michigan, but he didn't know where. He could also not give me an estimated delivery. It is now end of day on June 26 and still nothing has been delivered.

This couch was larger than expected. Taller than expected. I like how easy this connects to different configurations. Material seems durable. Not so heavy that you can't move it to clean under. If it would of been just a little deeper it would of been five stars.

I received this sectional yesterday. I was not impressed...it's very small and square in dimension. This sectional would be perfect for a small room, possibly a kid's playroom. The delivery process was stressful, I waited more than 2 months for delivery. I you have young children and a small room, this would be a great investment
