The couch is not comfortable. They delivered it with one piece the wrong color. Its been a nightmare trying to get it switched.

Love this sectional - It was the perfect fit for my living space . The color and the ability to adjust to fit are fantastic.

In my opinion , this sofa is very poor quality . The frames are not feasibly strong ..they are making cracking noise and it appears wood frame (or other frame) is not strong inside .

If this couch was $600.00 I’d say ok not bad. It’s way to expensive for the lack of quality in the build. You can get this same type of couch from a furniture store with 10 times more comfort and quality at this price point. Don’t let the pictures fool you. It’s one of the worst big purchases I’ve ever made. I’m sitting on it now and I’m sitting on the wood frame because the cushions are shot already. We bought it about 5 months ago. Very shallow seating also. Every time my Wife and I sit to watch a movie with the kids we’re like this is terrible. We’re going to divide these sections to put in the kids playroom and buy a couch we try at a furniture store.

Overall I'm happy with purchase given the sale price and usage in the game room of the house. If these was in my main living area I don't think I would keep it as it is not as nice as I would like it. As noted by others the cushions are really firm, its like sitting on a wood bench with foam layers on top. Not unpleasant but not really comfy like a more expensive piece. I do love the modular flexibility of the set and is why overall I'm happy with purchase.

I didn’t know what to expect never bought living room furniture online from Sams but w/ current Covid restrictions shutting down mfg for quarantine reasons everything in commercial furniture stores is out of stock or back ordered, so gave this a try. It’s good quality, the fabric is very nice and the color great. It’s even thick in texture. It’s not heavy furniture but it’s not cheapo;it’s average and should last a few years. I downsized to an apartment it’s perfect for it’s purpose. I sit and lounge comfortably, nicely distributed weight and firm cushions. It came quicker than promised and the delivery drivers even helped me get it upstairs to my new apartment. I’m very pleased w/this purchase and Sams club for helping me place this order when asking their store manager what to do w/current no in store stock currently.

Received item within scheduled timeframe. Boxes intact, items packaged extremely well. Modular unit looks great, sear cushions do not remove, back pillows removable so wear & tear is good. I do like how firm seating is, will wait & see how they wear. Price point good for what I wanted to spend.

We have a small living room with limited wall space which makes the room difficult to furnish. This sectional was exactly what we needed. Because all the pieces are separate you can configure it to fit your space. We liked it so much that I purchased an extra ottoman to finish out the set. Seems to be wearing well after 2 months of use. The fabric is soft and comfortable to lay on. We did decide to get a couple throw pillows for lounging as the sofa does not come with any, but that was ok because I could get pillows to match my decor.

The couch did take a while to arrive but I knew that it would when I ordered it. It comes in 6 separate boxes cushions in the bottom zippers all you have to do is attached the legs. It is a firm couch but I like that. There are so many ways to put the pieces together or you could leave them separate. So far it’s an awesome buy

Perfect couch for our apartment! We were a little worried because there’s not a ton of reviews but the couch is really comfortable and feels high quality! It has a fuzzy exterior and seats are firm but once you sit for a few minutes they are welcoming! FYI the cushions and legs of the couch are hidden in the under carriage of the connecting units. We had a bit of a panic and wanted to make sure nobody else had issues with that! Customer service was extremely helpful throughout the whole process!
