Simple set-up , all electrical and mechanical works, delivery was seamless and company that delivered was so nice. If pathway clear they will move on dolly's to designated location, they just aren't allowed to place it. It stated on website a 8-10 week lead time to deliver, it arrived in 6 weeks which was a pleasant surprise. Good quality for price. Lifesmart is made by Watkins which makes Hot Springs Spa's and I owned a Hot Springs for 30 years before I replaced with this one. Nice size - really fits 4 adults comfortably. Stays at temp so far. Less chemicals required with ozone which I love.

I ordered this about 5 weeks ago. Got it 2 weeks ago and love it. It is super relaxing and help with minor aches. I was having a problem with insomnia and that too has been decreased. I am waiting to see what the electric bill does but so far I live it

We haven’t had this long enough to say very much but so far we love it. It holds its heat well. It does say 7 person and if you sat up and didn’t recline onto the jets you could but it would be close. You’d probably really want to be comfortable with the other 6 people, lol. It’s quiet enough that you can talk over the jets (our portable one wasn’t l) without yelling. Super excited to have this.

Ordered this spa in May of 2018, it came earlier than they predicted and packed well. We have used it almost daily even in the desert heat. We do not have it on 240v but works well on 110v. doesn't seem to raise the power bill too much. seem to use quite a bite of chemicals but have never owned a spa before. The jets are plenty strong for us. You can sit in it and still have a conversation without shouting like other in ground spas I've used. The jets are primarily in the 4 corners the other seating spots get the water movement but not the massage.

I just got it, so I can't comment on reliability. Setup was easy. The cover is a heavy black fabric (1st for me). My old tub had a few vinyl covers made for it. The poly tub surface is a little rough (similar to a spray in bed liner in a pickup truck). It doesn't wipe clean as easily as my old smooth surface fiberglass tub. It takes about 1½ days to heat up (expected running on 120VAC). I added a thread-on garden hose shutoff valve to the drain to make draining easier. When on concrete (empty), one person can push it around to spot it where you want it before filling. Delivery can vary according to the reviews I read. Keep in mind, Sam's club sub-contracts the delivery. Sam's doesn't have any control over it. I ordered on 5/12, it was delivered on 6/10. It was supposed to be delivered on 6/12. I got a text out of nowhere on 6/10 saying it was being delivered that day. Luckily, I was available to meet them at the house. The driver was fantastic. He only had a pallet jack to unload. He put the tub on the lift gate, and I used my loader tractor to set the tub next to the concrete pad. I unpacked/inspected, and the driver helped me push it into place. The driver was very nice and went above expectations. Some reviews talked about the driver setting the tub where they wanted. Do not expect that, and you won't be disappointed. I'll update the review if needed.

So far so good !, delivery was as scheduled easy hook up, perfect for the wife and I. A little bromine floater and you’re good to go.

A bit flimsy construction...i.e. the panel opening should be better, should also have screws that don't strip so easily. Also there should be some type of quick set-up instructions that highlight important items such as how long the power cord should be on the tub (Mine was buried in the spray foam and was very difficult to fully extend), and also that you cannot use an extension cord without voiding the warranty. Otherwise, I am very pleased with my tub and it's features. Great value!

We bought this because we didn't want to deal with hooking up the 220. So far, we LOVE the hot tub. The only unfortunate thing is it was a pain to get and to set up. First the hot tub has to be made so forget about their shipping estimates. It took a full month for us to get ours. Once the order is placed the company that builds them is supposed to contact you. It took about a week for that to happen. Wasn't too impressed with them to be honest. Once it is build a third party delivery company takes over. You don't find out your getting it until they call you the day before they deliver it. Also this is curb side delivery and they deliver by semi truck so be prepared if you live on a narrow road. They were nice enough to move it to the end of our driveway but that still left us with 50 feet to move it. It weighs 500 pounds so be prepared. It will take quite a few people to move it. While it is a plug in play you do need a dedicated plug, We had one wired to the location where the hot tub was to be placed. About $100. It took a full 24 hours for the hot tub to get up to 100' so don't plan on using it the day you get it. Also you need a LOT of chemicals. We spent another $100 just on that. Can't give you any details on utility bills because we have only had it a few days but we aren't expecting much because it is only 15V. It shuts off when it is at the proper temp so just make sure you keep the top on to save on power. Overall we are really happy with it and glad we got it!

We were looking for an affordable hot tub for the entire family to enjoy. Being a 110V also saved us a ton of money with the electrician. PROs: Low price, very easy to move & install, very easy to use/program, looks nice, low maintenance, fewer chemicals due to Ozone, customer service regarding shipping was excellent. CONs: No usable cup spaces. The large one will hold a drink if it is in a Koozie, but all of the drink spaces are so slanted downward that your drink just slides right into the hot tub. Heats slowly, so you cannot use it the first day. Also, due to lower power (110v), it will drop temperature (depending on outside temp) if not in heating mode. Even in heating mode, it drops temperature if it is cool outside (less than 75*), but this process is very slow. It dropped a degree over the course of 1-2 hours. I am curious to see how it does this winter when the temperature is in the 30's-50's. You can avoid/slow this process by leaving the cover on the half you aren't using. It will NOT heat up while in use or when the cover is off. Other comments: The jets are not strong. I didn't list this as a CON because we knew this in advance from previous reviews and I do not like strong jets. But be advised that if you want strong jets, this is not the hot tub for you. You can increase the strength a little by turning off the waterfall and the jets that you are not using, but even then, the jets are still not strong. We have not noticed any increase in our bills since installing the hot tub.

3 weeks after purchase. it is still impossible to get any sort of itinerary on when it might be delivered. the information I was provided said it is expected to leave the facility 15th April, I ordered it Midway through November. Sam's club says it will be here by December 19th, but none of the phone numbers get picked up by a human being and no one returns any phone calls. they only offer curbside delivery so I guess I will just wait for someone to let me know. there's a 700 lb spa sitting on the curb in front of my house and I will plan the resources to deal with it once it's sitting out there accruing me fines from my HOA.
