During the initial setup found dryer got damaged but it was replaced just within few days and works like a charm. This product is so amazing that it drys our cloths within no time. Absolutely love it !!!!

Ultra Capacity Electric Dryer with AI Optimal Dry and Super Speed Dry which features 20 preset drying cycles, 5 dry levels and AI Optimal Dry which uses sensors which automatically chooses the best settings based on what you're drying. Super Speed Dry is there when you need it also, so you can dry and go in a hurry when you need to has been awesome.

Bought this dryer (as part of a combo purchase with the washer) during the labor day 2023 sales events with great expectation; i am testing it today - Sept 10th with a few clothes. I was jolted by the sudden and totally unexpected noise from the "Vent System Test"; no where was it stated in the manual to expect this noise. My hope and expectation have been completely dashed by the vibration, the squealing /grinding/deafening noise coming from this device. Noise was audible from all the adjoining rooms to the laundry room. This can't be normal, I am disappointed and I don't recommend this product.

We have only used the steamer feature once but seemed to work well - it's a nice option to have! It was easy to set up and is intuitive to use. We have also received many compliments on the modern styling

It's perfect design allows you to place it on top of the washer or next to it, depending on the size of your laundry room. Although, this is not just a regular dryer, this dryer is smart. It automatically picks up settings from the washer machine, so when you transfer your clothes, it already sets up the timer and temperature for you. You can always change the settings manually or through the smart app, but it usually does a perfect job by itself. It is so much fun to use, it learns your favorite settings over time. It is quite spacious and very energy efficient just like the washer. It is a must have appliance if you own a smart washer as it complements it perfectly and makes laundry experience fun and easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an impressive piece of machinery, from the dark imposing elegant look to the technology to dry anything. I like the quality and craftmanship, the window is made of glass, it has light inside the huge drum. The settings to dry are easy to manage with multiple selections of temperature and dry level, it even plays music when the load is dry! It has a steam setting to remove wrinkles and a tray to dry delicates and sneakers. The only problem I had is that I must stack them to fit and the stacking set was hard to find as this is a new model. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to dry like we are in the future!

The capacity for this stackable dryer is super awesome! Super quiet. App integration with Samsung ecosystem is literally automatic and very useful. The aesthetics are spectacular. Super intuitive and you can run the machine from the washer when it is stacked so you don't have to reach up high to access the command panel. We LOVE our Bespoke dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It really made my towels come out soft, but they needed maybe 5 more minutes of drying time when set to automatic. I'll have to test out the other features and see if there's some tweaks I can make.
