I had to replace my 10 year-old Samsung washer and dryer set. I absolutely despise the new model! The dryer takes 2-3x longer to dry my clothes. The operational user interface is so idiotically inefficient and over-engineered it's absurd. You have to scroll through so much unnecessary crap just to get the dryer programmed properly, it's abdolutely absurd! Same goes for the washer. The programming / setup interface is so inefficient, over-thought, and over-engineered it drives me nuts to have to scroll through so many settings I'll never use. Instead of having a simple delayed start by 1, 2, 3,4 hours, you now have to figure out when you want the wash to be completed but you have to do the math on how long the cycle is. You can't just do a simple 1 hour delay without having to do addition of subtraction using the length of the wash cycle. What freaking genius thought that was a good idea?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right off the bat this dryer has an anti-static setting that really works! This is a quite unit. Plenty of setting. The sensors determine the heat and length of time that it will take to dry the clothes. The app will let you know when the clothes' drying cycle is complete. Love this dryer. Goes good with a Samsung Washer!

Having trouble figuring out the best settings for everything, and exactly what the Ai does, but it dries the clothes well - albeit not very quickly. We're just getting to know each other, but I'm confident we'll be longtime friends

Plus the ability to connect to the app all make this a no-brainer purchase. I was impatiently awaiting delivery of my set and was by beyond pleased when I began using them. My clothes come out static-free, fluffy and dry on one cycle. I love the AI setting so dry time is "measured" for efficiency and accuracy. I love this set and have already recommended it so many friends!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have this in use for 2 months together with the Bespoke washer - it has simply an enormous capacity, it is fast and everything comes out really dry. Very easy to use controls and WiFi makes it simple to know when the dryer is done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer makes so much noise, when you dry a full load. We have to only wash a half a load. Because the dryer can't spin the load. The grinding every time you do a large load. Very bad. Waste of your money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the machine for about 6 months. It's super easy to operate, quiet, and fast. The steam cycle is awesome, 5 minutes and clothes are refreshed, wrinkle free. The washer talks to the dryer with recommended setting. WiFi connection send you a notification when it's done and you can send washer settings via your phone if you want. It's a very modern setup. We have ours stacked and together with the stacking kit it looks like one unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving my Samsung dryer so far. It has done its job great, and I have no complaints. It's loaded with features. I really like the steam sanitize feature, say goodbye to germs and bacteria. I love that I can connect my phone and it will tell me how long i have left. It's easy to dial in whatever settings you want for the cycle with the large rotating dial. Overall, it seems like it's built well and should last a long time. Love the design of the machine. I would recommend this dryer.

Louie in the review's, and I have had the same issue with the dog fur(I also have 2 dog's), and I am adequate with cleaning out the washer's & dryer's, before I turn them on. And, like Louie, I found a glob of dog fur at the seal of the front door of the washer. And, the door started to leak a little bit. Now, I know there was no debris along the seal & door. Now, I also noticed, that the door latch(Opposite side of the door, of the hinge), was a bit loose, and I don't know if it's made this way, or not. So, maybe it could have played a factor in the leak, or not, I am not sure. And, I did notice the screw's to be tightened down, so maybe it's to help self center itself, to be grabbed and pulled evenly? But, other than the issue with the dog fur collecting at the door seal, there really isn't any real problem's, other than I haven't found a way to turn off the ending alarm sound, like you can do with the older style's of washer's & dryer's. But, it does definitely clean better than the top load washer's do.
