Hi Hannah, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with your Bentgo Classic Lunch Box. We’re happy to hear you enjoy its design, and we appreciate you letting us know where it fell short. The Bentgo Classic isn’t designed to be completely leakproof, but it does provide a secure seal. It’s also designed to be used with the included securing strap, which helps keep the layers firmly in place while on the go. For the best results, please make sure the lids are properly aligned and the strap is securely fastened before carrying. If you’re still experiencing leaks or have any questions, we’d be happy to help troubleshoot or recommend another Bentgo option that may be a better fit for your needs. You can reach us at support@bentgo.com or 657-275-3738. Thanks again for your honest feedback, Hannah. We truly appreciate it! Thank you, Jessica Bentgo Customer Support

Dear A Williams, Thank you for reaching out to us. We are truly sorry to hear that your lunch box leaked in your bag, we know how frustrating and messy that can be! Please note that while the compartments are great for portioning, the sealing strap is designed to keep the container securely closed, but it is not completely leak-proof for liquids like soups or thin dressings. We would love the opportunity to make this right and help you troubleshoot this issue. Please contact our customer support team directly by phone at 657-275-3738 or by email at support@bentgo.com so we can assist you. Thank you, Jessica Bentgo Support
