Order was delayed never got my gift card and bed isn't great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Debated for a while on the purchase because of the price even after trying out this model at the store. With both of us having various ongoing back and joint pains, decided to go for it. It's been one week and felt the difference after one day - sleeping through the night, not waking up with pain / pressure points and overall less body pain in the morning. This is after switching from a mid-level price point mattress. In this situation, you do get what you are paying extra for - the value is there. Now I just need it to maintain form / not dip after a few months like so many mattresses across the industry did that were constructed in 2020/2021
