It is firm and perfect for me because I prefer a sturdy surface. It provides excellent support for my back and neuropathy! There's a level of plush and comfort that makes it just right! The mattress has a luxurious cover that adds a touch of elegance to my bedroom! I am truly a happy camper!

This is an expensive piece of junk. Warped and has a huge indent where we sleep in less than a year! Bought this hoping it would relieve our back pain from our old mattress however it doesn’t seem to be made any better!
