They taste less chalky than the regular Flintstones Complete and have more iron (18mg vs 15mg) so I am very happy about the increased iron content for growing kiddos. The texture is less chalky, less bitter, and the vitamins seem smaller than the other Flintstones varieties. Overall, I am very happy with the nutritional content of the iron AND the other vitamins and minerals.

We have tried different vitamins that the kids will approve from the beginning. The most important for them is the taste so they can keep taking it. I received it today and kids loved it. Ok so we finally found it. I had flinstone when I was young and was not a fan so I was surprised theyre back and that the kids love them.
