[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our fridge has never broken down these 2 years we've had it and keeps our food cool and fresh. Maintenance is also easy when it comes to replacing our water filter.

Worst external water and ice dispenser system! It leaks water, if we are lucky that it makes ice, it gets stuck and most of the time, it stops making ice. PLEASE do not purchase this product. The warranty is only for 1 year and after that you are on your own. Read the reviews, do your research and you will see the complaints for this system is massive and Samsung refuses to assist after 1 year.

I highly recommend this model fridge! I got it for a great price too compared to the other options on the market. I also got the extended warranty at a discounted price

We have another freezer in garage so only keep frequently used things in the freezer drawer. Middle drawer is super convenient. We use it to store our meal prepped lunches and leftovers. I do find the water filter to be tricky to change though.

It has nice flexibility my only concern is that it has sometimes a problem with the ice cubes getting stuck in the chamber . It regulates the temperature well . And the fit and finish on the fridge is decent

But, I really wish we would have known that there was no light for the dispenser because we would have picked a different model then. Buyer beware, if you often have tall bottles of juice or wine, it takes a little getting used to with the flip-up and slide-in shelving. Also, it seems odd that the dispenser has about a 5 second delay when dispensing ice and the water that comes out is not chilled like our past 2 had.
