[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a year ago and like everything about it except that the ice machine recently quit working and water often drips out of the front after filling a cup of water.

i just want to know if i can buy an extra divider for my new freezer drawer. more than an hour on chat and phone bouncing, now i'm hold with a parts department. the website is ridiculously busy.

i was surprised that the freezer door was missing the bin/shelf when there was clearly the space for that. i had it in my previous samsung model (ice maker did not work), so had to buy a new one.

it works, but handles are not firm on doors, wobble. The left door will not stay open even though frig is balanced on floor. could use more lighting in main compartment, hard to see items in the back of the frig.

Didn't even go to buy a fridge like this as I have always had side by side. My wife looked at this one and decided we were going to try French door design. After having it for a month I'm really starting to like it.
