The worst

i have had concerns since buying this thing about a month ago. the flexzone keeps my food room temperature and the freezer is the worst i have ever seen.

52 hours and freezer at 60 Degrees

we have now had two of these delivered and both were plugged in and after 52 hours the freezer was not cooling down. we have sent them both back and now going with another brand.

Don't buy it

Cools but…

Three years in and ice maker leaks water. I bought the whole kitchen suite and now microwave is out, oven digital display lights up everything and the fridge ice maker leaks water…

No Ice

ice maker has been serviced multiple times and replaced once. it's only 3 years old. we'd even be willing to pay for a new one at this point, but samsung cannot provide one that works.

Great appliance!

ice bucket is FROZEN SOLID AND STUCK
