I upgraded to the Stearns & Foster Lux Estate Firm Pillowtop in King and it has completely transformed how I sleep. The "firm pillowtop" feel is the perfect balance - supportive enough to keep my back properly aligned, but with that plush top layer that cradles you the moment you lie down. It's firm where it counts and soft where it matters. The King size gives my partner and me plenty of room to spread out, and I've noticed almost no motion transfer when one of us shifts or gets up during the night. The craftsmanship is exactly what you'd expect from Stearns & Foster - it feels substantial and beautifully made, with quality materials and clean tailoring around the edges. I’m loving my new Stearns & Foster mattress so far and have been very happy with it. My last Stearns & Foster pillow top has lasted 12 years and is still going, so I’m hoping this new one will be just as wonderful for many years to come. We recently purchased our second Lux Estate mattress. It is the only mattress I can sleep on. As someone who has arthritis everywhere and had a recent knee replacement surgery, I now look forward to going to sleep instead of dreading spending the night in an uncomfortable bed. If you struggle to sleep, this is THE BED for you!

We are extremely impressed with the quality of this mattress! From the very first night, we could tell how well made and comfortable it is. It provides the perfect balance of support and softness, and we've both been sleeping so much better since getting it. You can really feel the quality in the materials and craftsmanship. We honestly look forward to going to bed every night now. Highly recommend this mattress to anyone looking for comfort and a better night's sleep!

The important part to know about bedding is the density of the foam system the denser the foam the longer the foam will last. You get that in this bed. While I don't like the idea that there is only one side of beds now (yes we get half the bed we used to get) I know I will have a continued soft feel with good back support, far longer then your typical mattress. I now have three different version of Stearns and foster one of each “type” firm, plush and now pillow top. At this time I prefer the pillow top but regardless of your comfort preference any version is a good purchase in the long run. Remember you spend 1/4 to 1/3 of your life sleeping why not treat yourself?

We purchased the King size Lux Estate Hybrid Medium and could not be happier! The quality of this mattress is top tier! I definitely feel like we made the right investment with this mattress and I have already recommended it to many others! I can finally get a full nights sleep without tossing, turning, or my arm falling asleep.

We've only had this less than a week, but so far we love it. We were afraid that soft might be too soft, but it is not. It feels luxurious, plush, comfortable, but you don't sink into nothingness. The underneath springs and layers work perfectly to create a feeling of solid support, not an endless marshmallow. We feel it is a perfect combination of plush top and solid underneath. The finish is beautiful, there's obvious pride by the workers. We are both back and side sleepers, and feel the mattress is great for both positions. Very pleased. The only characteristic I would caution you to be aware of is that this mattress is heavy, that support and softness requires a lot of material that apparently weighs a lot.

This is my 3rd Sterns and Foster purchase! After major back surgery my husband bought a new mattress so I would be more comfortable in my recovery! Since then we bought a queen size for our guest room and now replaced our old King with this one !! I wouldn't buy any other brand♥️♥️♥️

I had a foam pillow top before and while it felt comfortable laying down I ended up with back pain frequently. Problem solved! I was initially concerned about the firmness of the pillow top, thinking I may prefer the medium soft, but after a month of solid sleep I know I made the right decision.

We bought a new Stearns and Foster mattress because ours was over 10 years old. Just finishing knee surgery I really wasn't able to sleep in the bed for about 4 weeks. Sleeping in it now but we find it comfortable but wonder if we should have gotten the softer mattress.
