I bought a Seville 3-tier trolley, and the box was damaged, but it was the last pink one on the shelf, so I bought it anyway at full price. On unboxing it, the shelves were jammed together, and even though I gently managed to get them separated, I see why they were jammed. The bottom tray is bent horribly, and I can't bend it into the correct position. I was trying to get support for this item, since I need to replace that one tray. Since I can't contact Seville, I will return this to the store.

Product was found damaged (inside the box)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought three of these. One of them was missing a screw, other than that assembly was fairly easy (once you got the trays apart) and they are fairly sturdy, easy to move, and decent storage capacity.
