I am a 75 year old woman. The instructions to install were NOT understandable to me. I must have done something wrong because it doesnt work anymore. I was able to print one sheet and then no more. I am very frustrated because they are expensive and I guess I will have to order another one.

When this cartridge starts running low take it out shake it vertically around 10 seconds it will be good for another few prints. (remember to use some rubber gloves due to sometime ink will get on hands) when it happens again do the same. I actually did this 4-5 times and the 5th time i gently bumped a the counter to give a little jolt , and the shook it and i am still printing with it. i usually print 6-15 pages a day for work,hope this helps you save like me!
