Aside from experiences with Mason and Glenda, who were very helpful, the Customer service team was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. It's not worth the headache buying from, and dealing with Stearns & Foster.

We removed the sheets from the mattress to see what type it was (Stearns and Foster). As soon as we returned from our trip, we ordered our new mattress from Stearns and Foster and are extremely happy with our purchase. It is super comfortable!

Purchased mattress about 2 1/2 years ago. It is now beginning to sag about an inch causing back pain while sleeping, but not enough for a warranty claim. For this price point, not worth the money. Will not purchase this brand again. They do not back the product.

This bed lived up to my expectations! Most comfortable bed I've ever owned! Folks please do yourself a favor and order directly from Stearns and Foster. Their customer service is exemplary. The delivery was flawless. Wait time was excellent for a hand crafted bed made just for me. Heavenly!

It's exactly how we'd hoped it would feel...and from the very first night. It's incredibly comfortable, yet, firm as we prefer. We're now sold on Stearns and Foster. The edge support is great and doesn't sink keeping you stable as you rise to a standing position. I now wake up with no back pain, well worth the money ,Stearns and Foster sells an elite product. Our previous bed was a Sterns & Foster; I wanted a high end bed with amazing comfort and it was and lasted a very, very long time. When I got the previous mattress the warranty was 20 years I think, and when they took it away it was like new. There was no sagging, no marks (due to the mattress pads), nothing wrong - just time. We decided to give it a go again. We are very pleased with everything. Delivery was great and the delivery communication.
